May 25, 2015 – Canadian Open Data Summit
The Open Data Summit will take place on May 25th at the Shaw Center (Ottawa, ON). This conference is the Canadian Open Data annual event. OpenDataSoft is one of the summit sponsors and will present its turnkey data publishing platform in the exhibition area.
May 28-29, 2015 – International Open Data Conference
The 3rd International Open Data Conference will take place on May 28th and 29th at the Shaw Center (Ottawa, ON). This event is co-organized by the Government of Canada, Canada’s International Development Research Centre and the World Bank.
OpenDataSoft will talk at two key sessions:
– Data + Agriculture: session focused on the growing use of open data in agriculture, particularly in the developing world, organized by GODAN (Global Open Data for Agriculture and Nutrition) on May 28th
– La Francophonie – The new frontier of open data: session bringing together country representatives, government members, civil society organizations, innovators, and startups of the Francophonie to share experience and best practices in open data, and to identify potential areas of collaboration within their ecosystems, organized by Etalab, the French Prime Minister’s taskforce for Open Data, and the Canadian government on May 29th
OpenDataSoft is also one of the conference’s sponsors and will present its Open Data solution in the exhibition area during the entire event.
